Thank you for your interest in a CUSP Lead School Visit. Please fill in each section carefully. A small charge is applied to cover any costs the Lead School incurs while hosting this event. One Ticket is permitted allowing a maximum of 2 attendees. If you would like to request further tickets please email cusp@unitysp.co.uk to discuss if this is possible.
